Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a password — stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider, so we never see your plaintext password.
• Content you upload. The PSD/PSB template files and artwork you upload to generate mockups. We store these to run your render jobs and let you download the results.
• Generated output. The mockup images we produce for you, plus basic job metadata (number of renders, success/failure).
• Usage data. Your remaining render balance and which features you use, so we can operate plans and limits.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies, and we don’t buy data about you from data brokers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to run and improve the Service: to authenticate you, store and render your files, deliver your mockups, enforce plan limits, provide support, send essential account emails (like confirmation and password resets), and keep the Service secure. When paid plans launch, we’ll also use it to process your subscription.

3. Your files belong to you

This is core to how we operate. You keep all rights to the PSD templates, artwork, and finished mockups you upload or generate. We do not sell them, license them to anyone, use them to train AI models, or use them for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. When you delete a template or your account, we delete our copy of the associated files (see Retention below).

4. Service providers we share with

We don’t sell your personal information. We do share it with a small number of vetted vendors who help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Supabase — authentication and database (your account and email).
• Cloudflare — file storage and website hosting.
• Railway — hosting for our application backend.
• SudoMock — the rendering engine that composites your artwork into your PSD templates. Your template and artwork files are sent to this service to produce your mockups.
• Resend — sending transactional account emails.
• Lemon Squeezy — when paid plans launch, payment processing as our merchant of record.

Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files and rendered outputs are retained so you can access them; when you delete a template or close your account, we delete our stored copy. Download links for generated files are time-limited for security. Note that our rendering provider may retain its own processed copy of a template under its terms; that does not include a usable copy of your account data.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and will notify you of a breach affecting you as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can delete your templates and account from your dashboard at any time, or email us at [email protected] and we’ll help. We don’t sell personal information.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only essential storage — for example, keeping you signed in by storing your session in your browser. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice.
