Terms of Service

1. What ListBatch does

ListBatch lets you upload your own PSD/PSB mockup templates and artwork, then renders product mockups in bulk in the cloud — no Photoshop required.

2. Beta service

The Service is currently offered as a free beta. That means it’s provided as-is, features and limits may change, it may occasionally be unavailable, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality. We’re grateful you’re trying it early — please tell us what breaks.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your content and the rights you need

You keep ownership of everything you upload and generate. But you are responsible for having the rights to it. By uploading a PSD template or artwork, you confirm that you own it or are licensed to use it for this purpose. Don’t upload content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that is illegal. We’re a tool — what you create and sell with it is your responsibility.

5. License to operate the Service

To run your render jobs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your files solely to provide the Service to you (including sending them to our rendering provider). This license ends when you delete the content or your account. We claim no other rights to your work.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, don’t:

• upload content you don’t have the rights to;
• upload malware or attempt to breach our security;
• abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or share access in a way that circumvents plan limits; or
• use the Service for anything illegal.

7. Free tier and future paid plans

The current free beta includes a limited number of mockup renders at no cost. We may change free limits during the beta. When we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout and handled by our payment provider, and this section will be updated. We don’t charge you anything today.

8. Availability and changes

Because this is a beta, we don’t promise any particular uptime or that the Service will be error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListBatch won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service won’t exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero, during the free beta) or USD $50.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (like ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
